Takeover of production and sales of the company Alois Weiss

With effect from 1 January 2022, Goerg & Schneider GmbH & Co. KG will take over operational responsibility for the Langweiden plant of the company Alois Weiss GmbH & Co. Tonbergbau KG in Beselich-Obertiefenbach/Hesse. In addition, the supply and support of Alois Weiss‘ customers will be transferred to Goerg & Schneider as of this date. Both companies have already been cooperating for several years in the supply of raw materials for heavy clay applications.

According to its own information, Goerg & Schneider is one of the leading Westerwald companies in the extraction and processing of clay-ceramic raw materials. Founded in 1924, the family-owned company is managed in the third generation by the managing partners Hartmut Goerg and his wife Martina Goerg. With Florian Goerg as Head of Sales, the fourth generation is now part of the company. As a solution-oriented raw material partner, the company offers a total package with added value for the customer consisting of raw material, processing and service along the value chain.
